By accessing and using StoryTeller by Ginolabs ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

StoryTeller provides TikTok content creation and social media management services for authors, including but not limited to:

• Cinematic video creation based on book content
• User-generated content (UGC) reviews
• Animated quote videos
• Character-specific social media posts
• Social media management and posting services
• Paid advertising campaign management

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

3.1 Subscription Plans

We offer three subscription tiers:

• Lighter Option: $70/month - 7 videos per month, self-managed uploads
• Full Media Coverage: $120/month - 9 pieces of content per month, full management
• Full Management & Campaigns: $250/month - 18 pieces of content per month, including paid campaigns

3.2 Billing and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payment processing is handled by Paddle, our authorized payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

3.3 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund. Refunds for subsequent billing periods are at our discretion and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to your book content, characters, and intellectual property. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to create marketing content based on your materials for the duration of your subscription.

5.2 Created Content

Videos and marketing materials created by us remain your property. We retain the right to showcase our work in our portfolio and marketing materials, with your permission.

5.3 Content Guidelines

You agree that your content does not violate any laws, infringe on third-party rights, or contain harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material. We reserve the right to refuse service for content that violates these guidelines.

6. Service Delivery

We commit to delivering content according to your chosen plan's specifications. Delivery timelines may vary but typically range from 3-7 business days for individual pieces of content. We will communicate any delays promptly.

7. Cancellation and Termination

7.1 Cancellation by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive services until the end of your paid period.

7.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or other reasonable cause with 30 days' notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoryTeller by Ginolabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services.

10. Dispute Resolution
